Suncoast Tennis provides a variety of opportunities for students to participate in tennis coaching, inter-school (SCISSA) competitions and Hot Shots programs.
About Suncoast Tennis
Hotshots Tennis is offering tennis coaching lessons with Oleg Frunze on Suncoast Campus, both prior to and after school. Days are negotiable.
Oleg has 30 years of coaching experience in Eastern Europe having coached top 100 world ranked ITF juniors. In New Zealand he has represented the Seniors NZ national team and in Australia has coached numerous Junior Tour and Junior Development Series winners all over Queensland. Oleg has also coached in many schools in Brisbane including Queensland Tennis Center and has moved to the Sunshine Coast to help local students reach a high level of Tennis.
When: 7:30am, 3:15pm, 4pm and 4:45pm
Where: Undercover courts, Simpson Sports Oval
Cost: $180 per term
Classes are 45 minutes in duration and are limited to six students per class. Private lessons are also available on request. Racquets are supplied if you don鈥檛 have your own.
As students in the tennis program improve, they have the opportunity to represent the College in weekly fixtures and in the SCISSA competition. There are numerous tennis tournaments held throughout the year for experienced players who want to go further with their tennis and achieve an Australian ranking.

Please note, for all after-hours programs, students need to be supervised by a parent or other nominee prior to their lesson and accompanied to the venue.
